Service Ontario reminders are not being sent in the mail. In order to facilitate medical testing, your doctor requires a valid health card on file. While COVID-19 restrictions have made this more difficult to do in person, Service Ontario has changed to online renewals. There is no charge to renew your health card!
Found a tick on you or a family member? After removing it, submit pictures at etick.ca for identification. If it is a Blacklegged Tick, call the office for next steps, or utilize the AHC if it is a weekend.
Remember to: Cover up, Wear bug spray, Shower and Tick check upon returning home, and Remove any ticks ASAP
