Covered Physiotherapy Services

If you have an isolated, single area, muscle or joint ache or pain (such as a sore wrist, shoulder, elbow, hip or knee) that is not due to a significant injury where you are worried about a broken bone, you may benefit from seeing a physiotherapist before visiting your doctor.

Physiotherapist Matt Sheldon will be offering covered physiotherapy for patients of Dr Krempowich out of the Shoreline Clinic at 160 Beck Street in Wasaga Beach on Wednesdays.

Note: If you are worried about a broken bone, and are unwell, please visit the Emergency Department.

You are able to book in with any physiotherapist of your choosing, you do not need a referral from Dr. Krempowich. Some local physiotherapy clinics are listed below.

If you require a prescription for your benefits, you can request a prescription from Dr. K via secure message (click here). Please include the nature of your issue for the prescription. Please note, there is a $25 charge for a physiotherapy prescription (service included in Annual plan) regardless of whether you obtain it in an office appointment or via secure message - you will not save money by booking an appointment to get a prescription.
