E-mails, secure messaging and voicemails will be checked IRREGULARLY and RARELY during this time. A reply is NOT guaranteed until Dec 15.
Prescription Renewals:
For prescription renewals required during this time, you can either request an immediate extension from your pharmacist, or have your pharmacy send a request to me (up to 5 business days to complete).

CGMH Emergency Room
Book a same-day or next-day arrival time to be assessed and treated for minor injuries such as minor lacerations, urinary tract infections (UTI’s), skin infections and rashes, minor fractures, or coughs, colds and flu.
Self-referral for mental health counselling
Your local pharmacist can assess you for the following minor ailments:
- Acne
- Allergic rhinitis
- Aphthous Ulcers (canker sores)
- Candidal stomatitis (oral thrush)
- Conjunctivitis (bacterial, allergic and viral)
- Dermatitis (atopic, eczema, allergic and contact)
- Diaper dermatitis
- Dysmenorrhea
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- Hemorrhoids
- Herpes labialis (cold sores)
- Impetigo
- Insect bites and urticaria (hives)
- Tick bites, post-exposure prophylaxis to prevent Lyme disease
- Musculoskeletal sprains and strains
- Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy
- Pinworms and threadworms
- Urinary tract infections (uncomplicated)
- Vulvovaginal candidiasis (yeast infection)
Please note: This is an appropriate use of care when required urgently and I am unavailable (eg on weekends or holidays) but many of these issues are better addressed with an appointment with me, in particular if you have never had an assessment for the issue before (eg Acne, dysmenorrhea, GERD...) and definitely if not improving!
